Conversion Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven marketer who craves constant improvement to be our Conversion Optimization Specialist, continually refining our platform and working with clients to improve their Roobrik utilization, strengthening performance metrics at various points in the end user experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data from client websites to establish benchmarks and best practices for Roobrik platform usage
  • Using this data to create and optimize CTA recommendations across channels for Roobrik clients
  • Managing key conversion points in the Roobrik end user funnel
  • Managing and optimizing landing pages, website calls to action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
  • Analyzing large data sets, including geography, B2B and B2C demographics, seasonality, etc to identify impact of these variables
  • Designing, executing, and measuring A/B tests
  • Communicating recommendations to clients, lending assistance as needed
  • Collaborating with client teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
  • Collaborating with Roobrik marketing and sales to generate data-driven case studies
  • Optimizing Roobrik.com and other company channels for conversion

About you:

  • You have a BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • You have 2+ years experience optimizing marketing campaigns and/or sales funnels
  • You’re experienced with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
  • You’re proficient using optimization tactics on CTAs and forms to progressively profile leads
  • Experienced and knowledgeable with CRO tools to setup, launch, develop a/b tests (VWO, Optimizely, Optimize, Adobe Target, etc.)
  • Experience with research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, Zarget or other similar tools
  • Experience with multichannel media campaigns, including a working knowledge of paid search testing, ad text, and landing pages
  • Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop
  • Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypotheses for constant and fast iteration testing
  • Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with teammates with diverse skills
  • Effective communicator to market test ideas and influence test-related decisions
  • Client facing experience required
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and can effectively manage multiple ongoing projects
  • You’re a critical thinker, perfectionist, and problem solver
  • You appreciate having a flexible schedule but don’t mind checking in “after hours” or pitching in on big deadlines
  • You’re comfortable in a dynamic startup environment, ready to move quickly and wear many hats
